​​As part of the "Be He@lthy, Be Mobile" initiative, the International Telecommunications Union and University of Southern California Institute for Global Health are hosting a three-day workshop and accompanying side-events focused on mHealth innovations and partnerships for wellness promotion. Taking place February 5-7, 2014, in Los Angeles, the events aim to encourage broad collaboration between the United Nations,​ government, academic and private sector partners with the goal of preventing and controlling non-communicable diseases.
