What to do?

1. Install iwRocket

• Download iwRocket.zip file to your C:\ drive, unzip it and run setup.exe from file manager or explorer.
  You may experience difficulties with the version of the utility. In that case use iwRocket_vb6.zip or myrocket.zip or iwRocket_ACCESS2010.zip (for ACCESS 2010), a later version of iwRocket.
  N.B.: Please do not change the suggested installation folder name and make sure you have installed GIMs software on your PC: GIMS
  (For the first time you use iwrocket, you should save the file diagdownload.sh, then right click on it and choose a program to open it. If you don’t find iwrocket in the list it should be located on your C:\Program Files (x86)\iwRocket.)
• Run "iwRocket.reg".

2.1 In case of Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher

• Click on ACCESS or EXCEL button

  
  

• For the first time when prompted whether you want to open or save the file click "Save". The file has a .iwd extension.

  

• Open folder

  
  

• Right click the file you have just downloaded, select "Open with " iwRocket

  

• In case iwRocket is not on the list go to "Choose program..." and select iwRocket.
  Check "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" checkbox.

  

• For the second and later times when prompted whether you want to open or save the file click "Open".

2.2 In case of Windows XP operating system and Mozilla Firefox or Netscape 8.0

• Click on ACCESS or EXCEL button

  

• For the first time when prompted whether you want to open or save the file click "Save to disk". The file has a .sh extension.

  
  

• Note the directory you saved your file. Go to the directory, right click on the file, select "Open with " iwRocket

  

• In case iwRocket is not on the list go to "Choose program..." and select iwRocket.
  Check "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" checkbox.

  

• For the second and later times when prompted whether you want to open or save the file click "Open".

3.1 For Windows 9x, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Netscape browser 4.x or above

• Run the browser and choose [Edit][Preferences] from the menu to display "Preferences" dialog.

  

• Select "Applications" on the left side of the dialog and click "New Type…" button on the right side of the dialog.

  

• From the "New Type" dialog, fill up the text boxes with the following information and click "OK" button to save the information.
• Description of type: iwRocket Data File
• File extension: iwd
• MIME Type: text/ingres
• Application to use ¹: "c:\Program Files\iwRocket\iwRocket.exe" "%1"

  

3.2 For Windows 9x, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or above

• Run the desktop explorer -double click the "My Computer" icon from the screen, and choose [View][Options] to display "Options" dialog.

  

• Select "File Type" tab from the "Options" dialog, and click "New Type" button to create new data type.

  

• Type the following information from the "Add New File Type" dialog, and click "New" button at the bottom of the dialog to create the default action for the type.
• Description of type: iwRocket Data File
• Associated Extension: .iwd
• Content-Type(MIME): text/ingres

  

• Fill up the text box as below and click "OK" button to save the information.
• Action: open
• Application used to perform action² : "c:\Program Files\iwRocket\iwRocket.exe" "%1

  

  ²If you didn't install the program into the default directory of the installation program, the path name of the program can be different from the example.

  3.3 For ACCESS 2010

  Under your C:\Temp\TEST\ delete every file for snsdb, then open the iwRocket_ACCESS2010.zip and install the .exe
