Xuqian Qin

Xuqian Qin is an international lawyer and development practitioner with over nine years of experience in international trade, investment, and sustainable development. He currently works with UN-OHRLLS in New York, supporting policy development and intergovernmental processes for least developed countries and landlocked developing countries. Previously, he served with the Ministry of Commerce of China, the Chinese Consulate General in Karachi, and the Permanent Mission of China to the United Nations. He holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law from University of International Business and Economics of China and has worked extensively on issues related to trade, transit, regional integration, and development cooperation.
