Yuping Chan

Yu Ping Chan is a senior digital policy expert and diplomat currently serving as the Head of Digital Partnerships and Engagement at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Global Centre in Singapore. With extensive experience in multilateral diplomacy, she previously led the team in the Office of the UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Technology, where she focused on international cooperation and digital governance.
