Dr. Mehdi Snene

Dr. Mehdi Snene led the research into the SG’s 2025 report on innovative financing options for AI capacity-building. As part of ODET’s consultations on the report, Dr. Snene engaged closely with IFIs, development organizations, UN system and also the private sector on how to finance the various components of AI – data, chips, capacity-building, and more – from the vantage point of different degrees of ICT development in Member States.
