Kevin Hernandez

Kevin Hernandez is a Digital Inclusion Expert at the Universal Postal Union, where he works on leveraging postal infrastructure to advance inclusive digital transformation. He holds a Master’s degree in Business, Globalisation and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex. With over ten years of experience in digital development, he has worked as a researcher and advisor supporting governments, international organizations and donors in developing evidence-based approaches to digital transformation, and now as an international civil servant. His areas of expertise include digital inclusion, digital governance, inclusive e-government service delivery, the future of work, and the societal and development implications of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain.
