Session 225
With precising our acting and management by corporate and national accounts&GDP&budget method integrated with strategy of cognition/knowledge driven existence&development guided by 17 SDGs as ideally targeted policies and the 2030 Agenda as strategic plan
Background: The aim of the session is to announce possibility of achieving sustainable development by the 2030 Agenda by&with using science-underpinned standard model.
It is recognized that sustainable development is imperative of our existence and the Agenda to be realized by countries at the UN guidance/support would lead to it. Its implementing meets challenges as there are unknown interlinks and way forward, generally holistic picture of our development. Countries try to implement strategically&integrally its goals while acting as loosely integrated&broadly managed by corporate and national accounts&GDP&budget method (CNAM) driven by non-foreseeable economic growth. Thematic intergovernmental and multi-stakeholders structures, information-based digital technologies, all – to contribute without clear roles.
The model delivers explaining our development based on way of our existence identified as precisely pre-defined within evolving Universe. It a) identifies it as occurring within Earth environment (land-water-air)matter&(3 bands) energy system in equilibrium EES enabling it&its realizing by us as renewing 3-staged through-life individuals realizing it with development thanks to energy-referred features of (continuously built/precised in pre-defined way&sequence) intelligent existence-aimed assessing cognizing and derived doing work, and more precise use of it and EES, b) precises detailed measurable our acting by CNAM integrating with the Agenda with expressing as info&edu&operational template, being general analogue algorithm and database structure of our existence&development with directly applicable digital including advanced one/s.
It expresses our existence as to be realized by closed through-life individuals system within EES, most effectively throughout regionally/nationally/globally coordinated closed through-life block-chained grid like X-Y executive cognition/knowledge-referred&leveled institutional system (responding to CNAM), by fulfilling annually identified&planned equal needs, at recoverable use&keeping equilibrium of EES and most effective use of cognition/knowledge, with actual cognition/knowledge, continued with preciser/higher one. At strategy of existence&development guided by four broad&17 exact ideally targeted policies responding to SDGs 10&1-9, 11-15, 16,17 with the Agenda as strategic plan.
It was built (2017) by precising core model of by-knowledge development (2004) precising CNAM&integrating with EU strategy&policies&programs based on observance our acting, regarding findings of Maslov, Kotler, Kline&Rosenberg, Authors of CNAM. It regards findings of Aristotle, Newton, H.Marchlewicz (artist&architect)
Requirements. Recognizing and disposing the model by the UN and MSs (at my commitment of forwarding it on required IP basis, with expecting interest). Unified strategic detailed measurable precising CNAM. Realizing including info&edu&promotion
Successful verification&projects: Core model: Verification: global higher education conferences involving also UNESCO; Appreciation: Professor Rosenberg, EY; Acceptance: EU&PL for info&edu&demo EU regional pilot through EU projects through regional university&its EU Regional Contact Point. Full model: Accreditation for UN Processes: migration (consultative status); UNGAs: human rights, nuclear weapons (observer); WIPO (intervention); UN 2023 Water Conference (intervention, Commitment, side event); Declaration on Future Generations (input). Confirming EES equilibrium: 2021 Nobel Winners in Physics
Vision for WSIS beyond 2015, towards 2025: Striving to become global whole-integrating info&edu&operational platform of the Agenda
