                      • REQ-02: Transformer-Based NLP for Multilingual Support
                      • Transformer-based Natural Language Processing (NLP) models must be implemented to
understand and respond to student queries in multiple languages, particularly Amharic
                           and English.
                      • REQ-03: Speech Interface with ASR and TTS
                      • The AI instructor must include Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) for converting spoken
language into text, and Text-to-Speech (TTS) for delivering spoken feedback in local
                           languages like Amharic.
                      • REQ-04: 3D Simulation Integration (Unity/Unreal Engine)
                      • The system must be developed in Unity or Unreal Engine to support an interactive,
immersive, and scalable virtual electronics lab environment.
                      • REQ-05: Adaptive Learning with Reinforcement Learning
                      • The platform must incorporate a reinforcement learning engine to adapt instruction and
difficulty levels based on student performance and learning patterns.
                      • REQ-06: Fairness Through Data Anonymization
                      • Tools must be integrated to anonymize sensitive demographic metadata in training and
usage logs, ensuring fairness and compliance with ethical AI standards.
                      • REQ-07: Offline Inference Using Lightweight AI Models
                      • Quantized and optimized AI models must support offline inference on low-power or
bandwidth-constrained devices to ensure usability in remote or under-resourced areas.
                      • REQ-08: Secure Performance Tracking and Visualization Dashboards

The system must log educational performance data securely and provide dashboards for both
students and educators to track progress, identify gaps, and support data-driven instruction.
