AI for Good Innovate for Impact
It should be noted that InsurVision provides 24/7 availability and parallel processing of multiple
claims at the same time along with reduced latency.
Also, since we are using LLM’s so removing biasness totally is yet an open research problem.
So, the results might be biased but human experts can give the feedback that will be used as
Feedback mechanism to reduce bias overtime.
Comparison with State Of The Art(SOTA):
There are companies out there(Tractable AI and Lemonade) that use agentic AI services for
insurance claims, but by incorporating our Future Work—global rollout with multilingual
support and a built-in voice assistant, distributed-ledger data integrity, pilot partnerships
alongside open-source collaboration, and specialized deepfake-detection agents—we’ll gain
an edge.
The system uses:
• Policy Validation Agent: Checking whether claim is valid or not.
• Claim Evaluation Agents: Check all the claim details against the policy, does image
analysis, video analysis, exclusion criteria analysis and cost estimation.
• Decision Making Agent: Decides whether the claim is approved or not.
• Output Generation: Generates the Final report.
Use Case Status: The implementation plan is in progress.
22 Benefits of the use case
InsurVision offers significant benefits by integrating advanced AI and deep learning methods
into claim processing, thereby modernizing traditional systems and creating a robust digital
infrastructure. This innovation enhances operational efficiency and supports the transformation
of legacy processes within the insurance sector. The proposal also promotes collaboration
among insurance providers, technology developers, and regulatory bodies. By building an
open, integrative platform and engaging with global stakeholders, InsurVision aims to create
a cooperative ecosystem that addresses common challenges in disaster recovery and risk
management. Additionally, accelerated and more transparent claim processing contributes
to faster recovery after disasters, ensuring that communities receive prompt support. This
efficiency bolsters urban resilience and helps build safer, more sustainable cities in the face of
natural and man-made challenges.
23 Future Work
To enhance our global deployment and localization efforts, we plan to expand the system
to support multiple languages, ensuring global accessibility and inclusivity. Additionally, we
will introduce a voice assistant agent to make the claiming process more accessible and user-
friendly for all users. To ensure data integrity, we will explore the use of distributed ledger
technologies to secure and maintain the immutability of claim records, providing a transparent
and tamper-proof system.
In building collaborative partnerships, we will establish pilot programs with international
insurance firms and disaster response agencies to test and refine our solutions in real-world
