3 Use Case Requirements

The technology should meet the following technical requirements in practical applications.
REQ-01: It is critical that the solution achieves a defect detection accuracy rate of at least 85%. 4.5: Manufacturing

REQ-02: It is critical that the precision, recall, and F1 scores for defect detection are not lower
than 80%.

REQ-03: It is critical that the system can automatically generate algorithm solutions and manage
the entire machine learning workflow (data annotation, parameter tuning, training) from natural
language commands.

REQ-04: It is critical that the solution can replace traditional manual inspection by being
embedded into the production line to detect and screen problematic products.

REQ-05: It is critical that the end-to-end development cycle for new AI models is significantly
shortened, reducing time from days to hours, to enable rapid industrial AI implementation.
