Category Manufacturing: AI-driven predictive maintenance, process optimization,
                                       supply chain management, and robotics
AI in Quality Assurance & Material Testing
Problem Traditional XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) analysis has long been character-
Addressed ized by its labour-intensive and time-consuming processes. With human
involvement in critical steps causing potential errors and increasing safety
                                       for laboratory personnel.
Key Aspects of Robotic XRF cement analysers are the first of their kind in the world, mark-
Solution ing a significant advancement in the field of materials analysis.
The entire process—sample preparation, analysis, and transportation—is
fully automated, drastically reducing human involvement in critical steps.
This automation minimizes the risk of errors and enhances the safety of
laboratory personnel by limiting their exposure to hazardous materials.
The AI-driven system not only improves the repeatability and accuracy of
analytical results but also dynamically optimizes the testing process.
It employs SuperQ software, which works in tandem with the AI to ensure
compliance with industry-standard testing methods, including BS EN
                                       196-2: Clause 5 and BS ISO 29581-2:2010.
