next generation of Public Interest Technologists — trusted professionals who help communities
navigate, shape, and benefit from emerging AI systems.
Rather than training only technical skills, HEART Engine develops public interest leaders who
combine AI literacy, cultural fluency, and community-centered innovation.
The platform integrates multiple AI technologies to create a full-stack workforce development
solution, including:
• Adaptive Learning Systems that personalize training based on each user's skill level,
regional context, and professional goals.
• Synthetic User Profile Agents that simulate diverse learning trajectories and help match
participants to targeted skill pathways and job opportunities.

transparent job matching and placement.
• Regional Knowledge Base Development, capturing hyperlocal workforce trends,
community needs, and cultural data to refine learning and placement strategies
continuously.
• AI-Driven Digital Equity Mapping, including tools like the AI Readiness Index, to help
