This document sets out the Secretariat's plan for giving full effect to the UN System-wide Model Code of Conduct to prevent harassment, including sexual harassment ("Code of Conduct"), at ITU events. It responds to the request made by Council-25 and builds on the informal progress report provided orally during that session.
