Under No. 74 of the General Rules of Conferences, Assemblies and Meetings of the Union, the report of the Budget Control Committee, together with the observations of the Plenary Meeting shall, after consideration and approval by the Plenary Meeting, be transmitted to the Secretary-General for submission to the Council at its next ordinary session.
The report of the Budget Control Committee of the World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA-16) as contained in Document WTSA-16/77, was presented to and approved by the fifth Plenary Meeting of WTSA-16.
