Résumé :

This contribution contains proposals for areas of cooperation with ITU for 2026-2029, arising from practical experience in the implementation of the regional CIS4 initiative. The main emphasis is on expanding digital inclusion, supporting youth ICT initiatives, sustainable connection of educational institutions and the development of university-based network infrastructure.
