Abstracto :

Since the adoption of ITU Council Resolution 1408 in March 2022, and its subsequent amendment in 2023, ITU has undertaken sustained action to support Ukraine in rebuilding and strengthening its telecommunication sector. Implementation has focused on establishing effective coordination mechanisms, monitoring the situation and reporting annually to the ITU Council, delivering technical assistance and capacity-building, and mobilizing financial and in-kind resources. This report consolidates the progress made since 2022 and provides an overview of the key activities and developments undertaken in response to the Resolution.
