This contribution provides The Bahamas' comments on the second draft of the report by the Secretary General. At this stage, in addition to general comments, The Bahamas also provides input to the sections on the following three (3) sub-themes and the corresponding draft Opinions based on the questions included in the current version of the report: Bridging digital divides (particularly on gender and age, as well as skills and connectivity); Green digital transformation: climate change and environmental sustainability; Strengthening ICT-centric innovation and entrepreneurship.
