Abstracto :

As was requested after the Plenipotentiary Conference (Dubai, 2028), the secretariat has prepared a compilation of the decisions adopted by the Plenipotentiary Conference (Bucharest, 2022), which were captured in the Summary Records of its Plenary Meetings, in particular the decisions based on the recommendations of the Committees and Working Group of the Plenary.
