Abstracto :

To further encourage entities from Member States to join ITU-D Sector Member or Associate and actively participate in ITU-D activities, we propose the following proposals:
1) Conduct regional capacity-building training for members, especially newly joined members.
2) Encourage the ITU-D Secretariat to make full use of opportunities provided possibly by ITU-D high-level meetings, Study Group meetings, and other major events by organizing seminars/workshops, side events, exhibitions, and other formats.
3) Strengthen communication between ITU-D and all types of members, ensuring that their interests and needs-particularly those of Sector Members-are taken into full account.
4) Encourage the inclusion of more digital technologies, solutions, and best practices from Sector Members and related entities in Study Group outputs strengthening the practical value of Study Group deliverables.
