This document proposes the draft Terms of Reference for the creation of a TDAG Informal Coordination Group on the organisation of the ITU Global Youth Summit and the Youth Celebration in shaping the future of Digital Development: Hearing Voices of Tomorrow (TDAG-ICG-GYS), both events to be held in the lead to the World Development Conference 2025 (WTDC-25).
