Abstracto :

This contribution contains preliminary proposals for revising WTDC Resolution 1, taking into account the practical experience of the ITU-D Study in the 2017-2021 study period, as well as the experience of other ITU Sectors. The proposals are aimed at implementing the decisions of the 2018 Plenipotentiary Conference, streamlining and further clarifying the text of the Resolution, including to eliminate the possibility of misinterpretation of certain provisions of WTDC Resolution 1 and their relationship.
