Abstract :

This document presents the Zero Draft of the outcome document for the twenty-year review of the implementation of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). It has been prepared by the Co-Facilitators of the WSIS+20 process and reflects inputs from Member States, stakeholders, and contributions from across the United Nations system.
