Abstract :

This report presents the work conducted by the Online Correspondence Group which was entrusted with developing the Terms of Reference for the ITU to undertake a comprehensive review of regional presence, as mandated by Resolution 25 (Rev. Bucharest, 2022). The Terms of Reference provide a strategic framework to guide the review process ensuring it is thorough, impactful, and aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
