Abstract :

The World Telecommunication Development Conference 2017 (WTDC-17) has summarized the Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D) study period of 2014-2017, and a number of Resolutions of mutual interest have been revised. In particular, the Resolution 9 "Participation of countries, particularly developing countries, in spectrum management", which is aimed to ensure the cooperation between Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) and ITU-D on implementation of the ITU-R Study Group 1 studies and decisions in the field of the spectrum management on the national level, was revised.
