Abstract :	The Center for International Economic and Technological Cooperation (CIETC) is directly affiliated to MIIT of China, focusing on two core areas: building a high-level international cooperation platform and serving as a specialized think tank in the industry and information technology sector. Its primary responsibilities include conducting research on international economic, technological, and industrial cooperation in IIT fields, disseminating information on international exchanges and collaborations, and providing support for related external cooperation initiatives. In April 2025, CIETC officially joined the ITU-D as a sector member.
