Abstract :

This contribution requests approval of a new work item entitled " Requirements and Framework for Operational Carbon Performance Monitoring of Hybrid Renewable Energy Parks ". It specifies end-to-end functional requirements and a technical architecture integrating IoT sensing, edge computing and blockchain technologies to deliver accurate, transparent and tamper-proof real-time operational carbon quantification for multi-energy coupled systems, thereby filling existing standard gaps and providing standardized technical support for low-carbon operation and governance of urban energy systems.
