Abstract :

This is new work item proposal on ITU-T L.FREV2GSE "Framework and Requirements for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) Applications as Smart Energy Solutions". In this proposal, we did a brief introduction of what we would like to propose to have a new work item, like the background, necessity, gap analysis and what we would like to propose for this new work item. This proposal specifies a framework and requirements for evaluating the effectiveness of V2G applications as smart energy solutions, covering baseline scenarios, evaluation boundaries, indicators, data requirements, calculation methods and result verification.
