Abstract :

Under No. 101 of the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union and Article 29 of the Financial Regulations of the Union, the Secretary-General is requested to submit a financial operating report each year to the Council.
In accordance with accepted precedent, the audited financial operating report in a PP year is taken at the Council session immediately before the Conference commences.
The Financial Operating Report for the financial year 2025 covers:
o The unaudited accounts for the financial year 2025 of the budget of the Union and extra-budgetary funds.
