Abstract :

This document is presented both to the CWG-FHR and to Council-24, and outlines key issues that ought to be considered in evaluating the alternative reassessed project and deciding the best way to proceed with the ITU Headquarters Project. The new ITU building must be fit for purpose now and in the future.
