Abstract :
|
The purpose of the contribution is to recall and clarify the key technical requirements for the building design and the parameters of the new ITU headquarters premises, previously determined by the Council and the Plenipotentiary Conference, which cannot be removed or degraded. The premises and requirements for them given in the contribution can only be revised in the direction of improving their parameters.
