Résumé :

The projects implemented by ITU-D during the WTDC-22 cycle (2023-2025) have fully confirmed that multi-stakeholder collaboration and resource mobilization are the core pillars for advancing inclusive global digital development. Based on the status quo of ITU-D's global project implementation and fund mobilization from 2023 to 2025, this document proposes to further strengthen the systematic publication of a compilation of ITU-D project success cases. The initiative aims to vividly demonstrate project outcomes, cooperation value and social impacts, attract in-depth participation of the global industrial sector in ITU-D project cooperation, broaden the channels for mobilizing extra-budgetary resources, and reserve sufficient resources for the implementation of the WTDC-25 cycle (2026-2029) and the Baku Action Plan.
