Abstract :

This contribution presents Turkiye's implementation of an e-Government Gateway-based service (the Service) for the electronic submission and processing of relocation requests for electronic communications services. The Service enables subscribers to initiate relocation requests digitally and allows operators to perform real-time service availability checks based on infrastructure, access technology, capacity and service quality criteria. The contribution describes the end-to-end process, including application submission, automated eligibility and availability assessment, decision handling, operational fulfilment and subscriber notification. It also highlights the role of system integration and transaction management in enabling a traceable, efficient and consumer-oriented digital relocation process. The document includes graphs illustrating annual utilization rate.
