Abstract :

This document shares how the statutory tax exemptions granted to foreign diplomatic mission personnel and the identity verification processes for device registration are digitized through the integration of the e-Government Gateway, BTK, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the framework of the Mobile Equipment Registration System (MCKS), operated in Turkiye to combat counterfeit and unregistered devices. The contribution is submitted as a good practice / case study based on inter-agency digital integration within the scope of Question 4/2.
