Abstract :

This report summarizes BDT's implementation of ICT infrastructure and digital transformation activities since the previous ITU-D Study Group meeting. It highlights resources supporting the WTDC-25 Baku Action Plan, affordable and meaningful connectivity, inclusive digital transformation and smart sustainable communities. Members are invited to take note, use the available resources and share them with relevant national and regional stakeholders.
