Abstract :

This contribution addresses Part 2, "Consumer awareness, empowerment and informed decision-making, including persons with disabilities and persons with specific needs" of the research structure for ITU-D SG1 Question 5/1 under the work plan for ITU-D Study Group 1 for the period 2026-2029.
The Ministry of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation has taken part in various outreach and awareness-raising activities for consumers, including persons with disabilities in C?te d'Ivoire.
