Abstract :

This article presents a super base station for disaster - resistant communication support, mainly addressing communication outages caused by the damage of terrestrial fiber - optic transmission during disasters such as earthquakes and floods. The super base station uses an integrated space - earth connection method with fiber - optic and satellite dual - links. Based on the satellite - communication - enabled super base station network architecture, it has functions including guaranteed transmission rate, joint GTP and TCP acceleration calculation, automatic switching, and satellite - link support for 4G/5G networks. Through the automatic takeover of satellite transmission capabilities, it enables the rapid restoration of signal coverage in disaster - affected areas and resolves the problem of communication islands caused by disasters.
