Abstract :

This contribution was initially intended for Question 7/1 from the previous study period, which corresponds to Question 5/1 for the 2026-2029 study period.
Cloud computing involves outsourcing IT resources such as servers, applications, and data to online service providers. This allows users to access these resources on demand without requiring complex physical infrastructures. Various work sectors can reduce IT costs while benefiting from greater flexibility and scalability. Cloud services offer significant advantages in terms of backup, security, and remote collaboration. Today, there are numerous online services that enable users to access applications and resources without needing complex physical infrastructure. This contribution aims to demonstrate how cloud computing plays a crucial role in digital inclusion for people with disabilities by providing accessible and flexible technology services.
