Abstract :

This contribution was initially intended for Question 4/1 from the previous study period.
This contribution contains challenges posed on Mobile Financial Services (MFS) when a country is implementing Mobile Number Portability (MNP), especially in developing countries with a case study from Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, etc.
This contribution requests the creation of a Guideline which shall help developing countries to manage MFS aspects during their MNP implementations.
