Engaging youth in decision-making processes related to digital transformation is a strategic necessity for building a sustainable and inclusive future. The ITU Youth Strategy fully aligns with the vision and goals of the United Nations Youth Strategy "Youth 2030: Working with and for Young People." Resolution 76 (Kigali, 2022) "Promoting Information and Communication Technologies among Young Women and Men for Social and Economic Empowerment" notes that the UN Secretary-General included the commitment to "listen to and work with youth" among the 12 commitments presented in his report "Our Common Agenda" to accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, the commitment to "listen to and work with youth" must transform into concrete actions, especially by involving young people in scientific research and promoting their innovative ideas through science and startups. Therefore, it is proposed to create a scientific digital journal for youth (graduate students, postgraduates, and young professionals up to 30 years old), which will serve as a platform for sharing scientific ideas and solutions. Youth ideas can play a key role in bridging the digital divide and will become a catalyst for forming an inclusive digital future where every voice is heard. The Digital Journal will be interdisciplinary and cover all topics related to digital transformation, including technical issues, technical standards, legal issues, ethical-legal issues, and philosophical issues related to the development of society in the knowledge-intensive technological age. One of the journal's missions is to find ideas at the crossroads to respond to global challenges through technology and by empowering people's digital rights. This contribution was previously submitted as number 11748 and was supported at the Report of the Study Group 1 Plenary Meeting.
