Abstract :

Canada submits this contribution in support of increased participation of Youth in ITU-D Study Groups 1 and 2, emphasizing their role in shaping inclusive and forward-thinking ICT policies. To achieve this, Canada proposes concrete actions such as mentorship programs, leadership training, academic collaboration, and dedicated youth-focused events to empower the next generation of digital leaders.
