Abstract :

Given the rapid development and widespread attention to artificial intelligence (AI), it is important to keep developing countries not left behind and enable them to fully leverage AI technologies to drive economic growth, promote social progress, and achieve sustainable development. Therefore, it is suggested that ITU-D study group 2 to establish an independent study question on AI to help countries achieve digital transformation and promote the achievement of the United Nations' 2030 goals.
