Connectivity Planning Platform

Shared Vision, Connected Future

The Connectivity Planning Platform (CPP) is the result of extensive participation and engagement by a wide range of stakeholders throughout its development. Feedback and recommendations received during this process have been incorporated. I extend my sincere appreciation to all those who contributed to making the CPP a reality, thereby ensuring that end-users can fully benefit from it to accelerate the deployment of resilient, inclusive, and financially viable connectivity solutions for all.

Dr. Cosmas Luckyson Zavazava,
Director of the ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT)

About

The Connectivity Planning Platform (CPP) is a data-driven tool that supports governments, regulators, operators, and partners with evidence-based decisions through integrated data, dynamic modelling, and actionable insights for broadband and last-mile planning.

The platform evaluates technology options such as fibre, cellular networks, microwave, and satellite to identify the best ways to connect underserved areas.

Access credentials for the Connectivity Planning Platform will be made available to ITU Membership via BDT circular letter soon.
