What we do

The Host Country has established an extensive official shuttle bus service connecting all accredited hotels with the Baku Congress Center — the main venue of WTDC-25. The shuttles will operate according to a fixed schedule using low-emission or electric vehicles wherever possible.

In addition, participants will have easy access to public transportation such as the Baku Metro and nearby bus lines, ensuring low-carbon mobility across the city. Clear information on routes and timing will be available through the official WTDC-25 channels and at hotel reception desks.

What you can do

We encourage all delegates to use the official shuttle buses and public transport instead of private cars.

If walking distances are short, consider walking or using shared mobility options such as electric taxis or e-scooters. By doing so, you help reduce traffic congestion and contribute to minimizing the event’s carbon footprint.
