HVAC and lighting operations are optimized to reduce energy consumption, and all non-essential systems are turned off outside working hours to minimize the event’s carbon footprint.

What you can do

Turn off room lights, air conditioning and ICT equipment when not in use; enable energy-saving features in both conference and hotel rooms.
