                  This Case Study was coordinated and drafted by Leila Devia and Claudia Pascual of the Basel
                  Regional Center for the South American Region for Training and Technology Transfer (CRBAS),
                  at the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI), and Reyna Úbeda of the International
                  Telecommunication Union (ITU) as Technical Coordinator. Luis Felipe Vasco, a specialist in flow
                  analysis and socio-economic metabolism; Yency Lagos, a cadastral engineer and geodesist; and
                  Laura Reyes, a specialist in Circular Economy focused on the use of waste electrical and electronic
                  equipment (WEEE) contributed to the Case Study.
