9 Coordination of the technical staff in the execution of the projects and their subsequent
utilization, maintenance and evolution of the operation.
10 Training in new products and technologies to keep up with ongoing developments and
evolution.
The Smart City Office is made up of an interdisciplinary team of people (currently 15) who manage
the administrative, strategic and technical aspects, and are in charge of the development and
control of all the all responsibilities of the Office. The current project team is subdivided into an
integration team of eight people and a management and strategy team of seven people. The smart
