          through  scenario  analysis  and  proof  of  concept
          implementations.  Due  to  the  characteristics  of
          procedural  metadata  that  it  exploits  data  and
          devices  and  facilitates  functionality  modification,
          feasibility  and  security  are  the  critical  issues.
          However,  it  is  discussed  that  these  issues  can  be
          resolved  by  managing  the  procedural  metadata
          both  internally  and  externally  and  registering
          secured  and  trustable  devices  and  domains.  For
          future  work,  the  study  needs  to  proceed  on
