3.2.8 Environmental Protection

The services and applications of environmental protection include but are not limited to:
 Solid waste management
 E‐waste management
 Pollution source monitoring
 Toxic substance monitoring

 Noise monitoring

FG‐SSC currently has no technical report on this topic.
Some national SDOs are working on the standardization of this field.

It is suggested to develop a guideline for applications on environmental protection in SSC at first,
then to develop a series of Specifications.
