3.2.7 Energy and resources management

The services and applications of energy and resources management include but are not limited to:
             Power supply
             Water supply and sanitation
             Gas supply

FG‐SSC has a Technical Report on ICT infrastructure for SSC which a bit involves facilities of IoT.

The ISO, IEC and ITU‐T are working on the smart grid and smart metering in energy and resources
management. However, the scope and boundary of the standards is not limited to the region of a
city, more efforts are needed to conduct integrated energy and resources management, including
power, gas, water and sanitation in cities.

It is suggested to develop a guideline for applications on smart energy and resources management
            in SSC.
