The meeting was opened by Dr Hamadoun I. Touré, Secretary-General of ITU and Ms. Renate Bloem, CONGO President, and it was chaired by Mr Thomas Schneider, BAKOM, Switzerland. This meeting was undertaken as part of the cluster of WSIS-related meetings.
